Nisela Capital initially operated as an advisory firm with added corporate finance related services. This active presence in corporate advisory allowed the firm to gain access to a significant number of high-potential companies requiring recapitalisation, growth capital, or balance-sheet optimization.
Over time, Nisela gradually transformed to include asset management as the firm's core capability. Today, Nisela Fund Managers operates as a Category II Licensed FSP (FSP 43636) and a Level 1 BEE Service Provider, managing segregated institutional alternative asset and discretionary wealth mandates.
Our next phase of evolution involves the formation of a flagship private equity fund, establishing our position as a prominent black-owned financial services company operating across the Sub-Saharan African continent.

Dr Keitumetse Mothibeli is a seasoned executive, investment strategist, scientist, and governance professional. Her experience spans investment and development finance, energy, infrastructure, mining, healthcare, technology, and strategic partnerships. As Group CEO, she leads Nisela Capital's investment strategy, growth initiatives, governance, and strategic partnerships. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director of the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) of South Africa.

Nigel leads the transaction advisory and credit analysis process for Nisela's advisory activities. A Chartered Accountant with a strong background in auditing, corporate finance due diligence, and capital management, he oversees financial models and valuations.
Rebaone Moilwa
BCom (Financial Accounting) - 9 Years Experience
Rebaone Moilwa is an accounting professional with a BCom in Financial Accounting and nine years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll, and financial administration. She has experience across a broad range of financial functions, including management reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, SARS and CIPC compliance, payroll processes, and maintaining accurate financial records. Her approach is grounded in attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and a strong understanding of financial processes and controls.
